SoundDrop is in its launch stage: the tools are live, the support inbox is not. This page explains the current way to reach the project.

What is available today

There is no email support channel yet. Bug reports, broken-track reports and feature ideas are collected through the project's public issue tracker, which is linked from the repository information on the About page.

Legal and privacy matters

Privacy questions are answered on the Privacy Policy page, and the rules for using the tools are on the Terms of Service page. Both pages state exactly what SoundDrop processes and nothing more.

What changes later

When SoundDrop opens a permanent channel, this page will be the first place it appears. Until then, the fastest route for anything urgent is the issue tracker — items that affect downloads or correctness are prioritized.
